Lynette Connell Jones
Lynette Connell Jones’ life changed forever in 1999 when she was working as a leading sales and marketing consultant for Capstar Broadcasting Inc. in Waco, Texas. She miraculously survived a rollover car accident breaking her neck and leaving her a quadriplegic, paralyzed her from the chest down. Having been told that she might not sing again because of her paralyzed vocal cords and diaphragm, Lynette was determined to prove the doctors wrong. After six months, doctors were astounded to discover Lynette’s vocal cords were completely restored. This miracle was surely a sign from God to help Lynette embark on what she remembers from an early age: God’s calling to use her in some special way to minister to others.
In 2011, Lynette joined Christian Courage, a non-profit ministry dedicated to inspiring and empowering others through life-changing stories of courage. Christian Courage speaks and sings to churches, schools, prisons, civic organizations, etc. all over Texas. Christian Courage also brought Lynette her husband, Terry, the founder of Christian Courage. Together, they bring hope and inspiration sharing God’s blessings in their lives. Lynette and her family currently reside in Harker Heights, Texas with her dogs, Chalupa and Sadie.
